By subscribing to any of Spreed's service plans, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Spreed is a technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to create, edit, and optimize short videos with the goal of achieving organic virality on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Image Usage Disclaimer
Spreed is not responsible for any misuse, misinterpretation, or public reaction related to the client’s image. By contracting Spreed’s services, the client expressly authorizes the use and manipulation of their image, voice, and visual identity in the produced materials, including those involving facial or vocal cloning technologies. The client waives Spreed from any legal or moral responsibility related to third-party opinions or consequences.
Delivery Deadlines
The standard delivery time for scripts and videos (Face AI or Real) is 24 business hours, counted from the moment the request is made or the necessary inputs are submitted by the client. All content goes through a human approval process to ensure quality and avoid automation errors.
Third-Party Studios
Spreed provides access to third-party partner studios strictly as a courtesy, and these services are not part of Spreed’s core offering.
Any issues, failures, or disputes related to services provided by third-party studios are not the responsibility of Spreed.
If there is no studio available near the client’s location, the client must upload their own materials in compliance with the required quality standards in order to maintain the performance guarantee.
Spreed is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements due to the absence of nearby studios.
The list of partner studios is published on Spreed’s official website in several places and is considered prior knowledge for the client.
AI Use Guidelines and Performance Guarantee
Spreed’s AI relies on over 120 proven viral patterns to suggest themes, formats, cuts, and visual elements with high viral potential. To qualify for the organic views guarantee, the client must strictly follow all AI-generated recommendations regarding topic, script, format, cuts, and must not modify the delivered videos in any way.
Any unauthorized modification may compromise performance and void the guarantee.
Guarantees by Plan
Face AI Spreed Plan
Guarantee: 1 million organic views within 3 months
Requirement: At least 60 videos must be posted (on all platform)
Relevante Plan
Guarantee: 2 million organic views within 3 months
Requirement: At least 60 videos must be posted (combining Face AI and Real videos), (on all platform)
Relevante Pro Plan
Guarantee: 3 million organic views within 3 months
Requirement: At least 60 videos must be posted (combining Face AI and Real videos), (on all platform)
Note: Posting frequency is crucial for algorithm consistency and organic reach.
Violations That Void the Guarantee
Warmed-up Instagram Account
The Instagram account used must have more than 600 followers and be at least 3 months old.
This requirement does not apply to TikTok and YouTube.
Minimum Avatar Quality (FaceAI)
For plans that use FaceAI (avatars, voice and video clones), content must be produced with avatars rated level 5 or higher (on a scale of 0 to 10).
The 60 posts required for the guarantee must be made with avatars rated ≥ level 5.
Avatars with poor audiovisual quality (bad audio, visual flaws, etc.) do not qualify for the guarantee, as they compromise performance.
Violations That Void the Guarantee
Failing to meet the minimum number of posts within 3 months
Modifying AI-generated content (text, visuals, edits, voice, or sequence)
Using automated scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Employing bots for likes, views, or comments
Disabling comments on posts
Purchasing followers or engagement through unofficial means
Running paid ads on posts or the account during the guarantee period
Reposting content outside the designated platforms
Engaging in any action that compromises account integrity (policy violations, strikes, shadow-ban)
Publishing repeated or identical content
Content Rejection Policy
Your plan comes with a set number of credits, where 1 credit = 1 content piece.
Face AI → 60 credits
Relevant → 78 credits
Relevant Pro → 96 credits
If you reject a generated content piece for any reason, 2 rejections = loss of 1 credit.
Final Provisions
Spreed reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, with prior notice to the client. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
